ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

SHIPPING TIMES
We ship worldwide through our trusted fulfillment partners. Estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 7–15 business days
• Canada & UK: 10–18 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 12–20 business days
• Rest of World: 14–25 business days

Please note these are estimates. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs, carrier volume, or weather events.

SHIPPING COSTS
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $35. Orders under $35 have a flat shipping fee of $4.99.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment at any time. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
For international orders, customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. OriginPet Genesis is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package has not arrived within 30 days of your order date, please contact us at support@originpetgenesis.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
