Refund Policy
We want you to love every product you receive from OriginPet Genesis. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
To start a return, email us at support@originpetgenesis.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24–48 hours.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@originpetgenesis.com with a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, opened pet food items and certain pet care products cannot be returned.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
